I handle project coordination, requirements gathering, client management and process support, while also building internal tools to streamline team operations.

A role that started in quality assurance and evolved into broader coordination and process redesign responsibilities. I redesigned customer service processes by coordinating external vendors and securing budget approval, managed a ticketing system migration with full workflow redesign, delivered a custom appointment booking system integrated with the company calendar, and initiated a knowledge base automation project for customer support.
